engage

Our work always starts here, and engaging people is the common thread at the heart of all our work.

Bringing people together, establishing connections and building relationships. Discovering the depth of creativity, and finding the common ground when we start to trust ourselves and each other. Creating excitement, energy and a sense of common purpose.

some examples of what we do: engage

Working with local authorities to rethink and change how they connect and work with their communities.

Engaging and working with communities to connect and bring people together, growing relationships and trust to discover shared values and aspirations, and what really matters to them.

Using social technologies including the World Cafe and Open Space to bring large groups of people together from communities, social and public organisations and the wider system to connect, share and explore future collaboration and change.

Using storytelling as a central approach in initially engaging people and communities. Giving people the time and space to share their story, either individually or collectively, and through this to build trust and relationships and to learn more about themselves and others, their shared histories, hopes and aspirations.

Bringing whole school communities together in active and creative dialogue to explore shared visions for learning and exploration of the physical and social environment to support this vision.
